Automated Farr-Wishaw Pellet Reaching Assay
Our lab developed a conveyor-like machine that allows the automated administration of pellet reaching activities. It is supplemented with video collection to which AI analysis with the assistance of DeepLabCut and a Python based reach parsing algorithm is applied. Via this process, functional changes in ability can be detected and quantified.
